Works with Filevine

Claude for Legal, configured for how your firm works.

The demand letter that takes a paralegal half a day takes twenty minutes. The discovery review that eats a billable afternoon takes forty. We wire Filevine, Westlaw, Word, and DocuSign into one workflow and build the playbooks your firm runs every day — so your team handles more matters without adding headcount.

Your stack does everything except work together.

Filevine, Westlaw, iManage, DocuSign, Microsoft 365, all in silo. You bought the tools, you didn't get the workflow.

  • 01

Every matter runs across five tools by hand.

Pulling case notes from Filevine, citing law from Westlaw, drafting in Word, packaging in DocuSign. Multiply by your active matters.

  • 02

    Paralegal time on busywork.

Hours every week your paralegals absorb on intake, document classification, and notice handling, work the firm can't bill for.

  • 03

Your associates are drafting with ChatGPT.

Without a firm-approved workflow or audit trail. Your malpractice carrier renewal now asks. 1,300 published sanctions in April 2026, up from 87 a year earlier.

What we wire.

Your stack wired. Your daily workflows configured. Your team trained on it.

01

Your stack, wired together

Filevine, Westlaw, iManage, DocuSign, MyCase, and Microsoft 365 wired against your tenant, with custom fields mapped, scopes verified, and write-backs respecting your billing codes.

02

Your daily workflows, configured

Two or three workflows your firm runs by hand, demand letters, deposition summaries, discovery review, intake-to-matter, built against your templates and cite-checked against Westlaw.

03

Your team, trained on it

A one-page SOP for every workflow, plus live training on a real matter from your firm. Versioned, and yours to edit.

Three phases. Fixed scope.

Audit, sprint, retainer. The structure answers the three questions every managing partner asks: scope, budget, lock-in.

01

Free 30-minute audit

Bring one workflow you currently run by hand. We walk it through Claude live and produce a written scope, surfaces, playbooks, days, fee, whether or not you move forward.

Outcome · written scope
02

Fixed-scope sprint

Three to five days across one to three weeks. Connectors, then playbooks, then paralegal training against the SOPs. Buffer day for the issues that surface during your first paid matter.

Outcome · first matter shipped on the configured stack
03

Monthly retainer

Connector maintenance, new workflows, paralegal refresh. Shared Slack for 30 days, then email with a four-hour business-day SLA. 30-day cancellation, no minimums.

Outcome · predictable spend

Answers, before the call.

What does the configuration actually do?

We turn Anthropic's $20-per-seat Claude for Legal into a tool your paralegal can run without training: MCP connectors wired into Filevine, Westlaw, iManage, DocuSign, and Microsoft 365; written playbooks for the workflows your firm runs by hand; and a one-page SOP per playbook.

Who does the configuration work?

We do. We are a configuration shop, not a software reseller. Engagements are scoped, paid by the firm, and run by people who have wired MCP connectors into Filevine and Westlaw before. No procurement cycle, no six-figure statement of work.

How does this compare to Harvey AI?

Harvey is roughly $1,200 per seat per month and sells into AmLaw 200 firms. Claude for Legal is roughly $20 per seat per month, a 98 percent price collapse, and ships with native MCP connectors small firms can configure. Comparable reasoning. Different economics.

Do we need to switch case management platforms?

No. Claude reads from your existing Filevine, Clio, MyCase, or Litify through MCP connectors and writes back to the same matter. Nothing migrates. Your matter structure, billing codes, and retention policy stay where they are. We work inside Filevine, Clio, MyCase, or Litify. If you run something else, mention it on the audit, one custom connector is included in the standard sprint.

Does this connect to Filevine and Westlaw?

Yes. Both ship as native MCP connectors. Filevine surfaces matters, contacts, and custom field data; Westlaw surfaces citations, KeyCite results, and case content. We combine them into playbooks, a Filevine-sourced demand letter, cite-checked against Westlaw, formatted to your template.

How long does a configuration take?

Three to five focused days, spread across one to three weeks. Day one: audit and connectors. Days two and three: playbooks. Day four: paralegal training against the SOPs. Day five: buffer for the issues that surface during the first paid matter.

What does the configuration cost?

Configuration sprint: a $950 flat fee, confirmed during the free audit. The Anthropic license is separate (~$20 per attorney per month, billed by Anthropic). Ongoing retainer: $150 to $1,500 per month. 30-day cancellation. No lock-in.

How do we know LayerTWO can deliver?

We are pre-revenue and honest about it. First 5 firms get the configuration sprint at $950 fixed + a free audit + a documented case study credit. If we don't deliver to the scope agreed during the audit, you don't pay.

Is our data safe?

Anthropic's enterprise terms exclude your prompts and documents from model training, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and support zero-retention mode. MCP connectors respect folder-level permissions, including ethical walls. We document the access boundaries in the SOP we hand off.

Bring one workflow. Leave with a written scope.

Thirty minutes, on a video call. Pick a time that works, we reply within one business day.
